Christy Cafeo, President
Christy is a long time member of the service industry community. As a graduate of Milford High School, Christy entered the bar and restaurant business and then embarked on a career with Delta as a flight attendant. After 16 years of service to Delta, Christy and her family were presented the opportunity to purchase The Bell Event Centre. As the proud owners of Jefferson Hall est. 1994, Christy and her family enthusiastically dived into this new aspect of the industry. In 2010, Christy retired with Delta to fully invest her time in this new business venture and she loves every minute of it!
Christy and her husband, Anthony (Tony) Cafeo, celebrated their wedding reception at The Bell Event Centre in 2002. They now have 3 beautiful children together. Christy loves spending time with family and friends and believes everything is better with a nice glass of wine!

Brooke Gatch, Operations Manager
Brooke has been working in the service industry for fourteen years and has been working with the Cafeo family for the last five. Brooke is a 1998 graduate of Milford High School and 2003 alumni of the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Brooke has had the unique opportunity to combine her love of numbers with her love of people and planning. As our Operations Manager, Brooke handles in house accounts and assists in planning and coordinating events. She is a true professional at both!
For her personal enjoyment, Brooke spends her spare time reading books by British authors, going to Yoga classes and being an awesome aunt to her niece and twin nephews.

Aaron Tritsch, General Manager
Aaron has been actively involved in the hospitality industry for seventeen years. She is a 2001 alumni of Xavier University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts for her studies in communications with a focus in event planning. Post graduation, Aaron utilized her passion for food in Key West, Florida. There she worked her way into a general managing position at the age of 26. Aaron assisted in the opening of 3 restaurants and oversaw catering for all of the restaurants part of the group. Upon returning to Cincinnati, Aaron spent a year in wine sales, but soon returned to the restaurant business.
Aaron is thrilled to join the Team at The Bell Event Centre and offer her energies to new developments at The Bell.
A newlywed herself, Aaron gets true joy from being a part of the wedding celebrations and tears up at each one! In her off time, Aaron loves running with her girlfriends, going to Reds games with her husband, and trying new restaurants with her girlfriends and husband!

Amy Nobbe, Event Manager
Amy is the event manager and coordinator at The Bell Event Centre. She is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Science degree for her studies in Graphic Design and Marketing. Amy has been in the hospitality industry for fourteen years and has been at The Bell Event Centre for ten years. Amy is an organized tasks person that gets true job satisfaction out of helping brides achieve their wedding day goals. Amy ensures the big day is flawless and stress free. While we have specialized in weddings, The Bell has also played host to all kinds of corporate, social and nonprofit events. Amy can do it all!
In her spare time, Amy loves golfing, traveling and Cincinnati sports. When it’s time for Amy to sit and relax, you’ll find her watching all of her favorite wedding shows!

Lori Campbell, Service Manager
Lori is the Service Manager here at The Bell Event Centre. As a graduate of Campbell County High School, Lori entered the workforce as Manager with Blockbuster for 8 years. She started her career in hospitality in 1998 at Scalea’s Italian Ristorante from 1998-2002. While working at Scalea’s, she was able to cultivate her love for fine dining & build relationships with the customers.
Deciding to take her career a step further, she joined the team at The Bell Event Centre to learn planning & managing of large events. Lori has now been with the company for 10 years and thoroughly enjoys coordinating & helping brides plan the most important day of their lives. She looks forward coming to work every day.
Lori is quality driven, loves a challenge, and has a passion for her job. Her customer service & positivity truly complement the team.
Lori is currently engaged, lives in Independence, Kentucky, loves her 3 beautiful dogs, & is involved in animal rescue.

Jason Campbell, Chef
Jason has been cooking professionally for over 10 years. However, his cooking history runs much deeper. Jason followed in the footsteps of his father, who is also a chef. Jason has early childhood memories of kitchen shifts at the highly prized position of egg cracker.
His passion for food and cooking developed at an early age. Jason took a break from the culinary world to offer his military services for our country. Jason served in the Army honorably for four years active, two years in the reserves with a tour in Iraq.
Jason is recent graduate of the culinary program at Midwest Culinary Institute, where he embraced new creative views while he refined classical technique.
Jason is a husband and father to two awesome sons. In his free time, he coaches baseball and is actively involved with his church.
